In these classes you will learn the fundamentals of pole as well as how to keep your body healthy while progressing. Whether your goal is fitness, connecting to your body or exploring the various styles of pole, a solid foundation is important. You will learn basic pole spins, pole climbs and fun variations. At the end of each class you will have time to put what you’ve learned to action with a freestyle song.
